Katie is a native of Daphne and graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University in 2010 after completing her thesis at Auburn’s Urban Studio in Birmingham.  She lived and worked in Birmingham before moving to Denver and finally returning to the Mobile Bay area. A licensed Architect, she has worked on many project types including K-12 educational, higher education housing, high-end retail, affordable housing and market rate multifamily projects, historic renovation, commercial, mixed use and healthcare. Katie and her husband Bryon have a son named Max along with a Siberian Husky. During her free time, she enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants, traveling, and exploring/revisiting places around South Alabama where she grew up.
